Because alignment problems are one of the most common causes of premature equipment failure, FEECO offers laser alignment services for a broad range of industrial applications. FEECO's Alignment service can eliminate tracking and alignment problems and reduce the likelihood of further damage.

FEECO has a state-of-the-art laser alignment system and experienced Service Technicians that can laser align any application.  Our alignment services include, but are not limited to:

• Rotary drum shell, tire, trunnion wheel, pinion and ring gear alignment

Once your equipment is properly aligned, the data can be printed out and stored on your computer system for future reference.

Or, FEECO can train your personnel on rotary equipment maintenance. We’ll show you what to do, how to do it and when to do it. Of course combinations of these two plans are available as well.

FEECO's experienced Service Technicians can travel to your site and recondition tires and trunnion wheels to run smoother which in return extends the life of your machinery. Special equipment is used to correct these problems, and in most cases, the job can be done with the unit in operation totally eliminating down-time.

Maintenance and alignment problems begin over time when load bearing surfaces such as trunnion wheels, tires and thrust rollers begin to wear. As soon as any of the following signs occur action needs to be taken to prevent more serious damage. Signs include:

• Rolled over edges
